1. The seller will log in to the buyer's account at https://www.roblox.com/ using the “Use Another Device” method.

2. The seller will get 2 login options: QR code or 6-character code. The seller will inform you of the code received.

3. Make sure you are logged into your RBL account, click the menu in the top right corner and select “Quick Log In”.

4. We recommend logging in using the 6-character code via laptop/mobile phone. The seller will provide you with the 6-character code to enter on the Quick Log In page. If you log in using the QR code, the seller will provide a QR code for you to scan.

5. After successful login, the seller will access your account and process the order.
Email OTC
1. The seller will log into your account via https://www.roblox.com/ using the “Email Me a One-Time Code” method.

2. Provide your RBL account email to the seller, then the seller will log in using your RBL account email to get the One-Time Code.

3. Check your RBL account email and give the code to the seller.

4. The seller enters the code you provided on the RBL page.

5. After successful login, the seller will access the buyer's account and process the order.
Normal Login Method
1. The seller will log in to your account at https://www.roblox.com/ by entering your RBL account Email and Password.

2. Check your RBL account two-step verification as shown below.

3. If Two-Step Verification (2FA) is still active, you must provide the authentication code to the seller to proceed with the order process. There are three (3) Two-Step Verification (2FA) methods:
- Authenticator App: Open the app on your phone and provide the access code displayed so the seller can log into the RBL account.
- Email: Provide the 6-digit code you receive in the email registered to the RBL account.
- Hardware Security Keys: Provide the access code you receive to the seller (Can only be used on Browser, iPhone, and iPad).
4. If you have disabled all Two-Step Verification (2FA), the seller will access the buyer's account and process the order.
Getting Backup Codes
Log in to your account.
Open Account Settings.
Web Browser: Look for the gear icon in the top right corner of the site.
Mobile App: Look for the three dots menu for More.
Select the Security tab.
Click Generate in the Recovery Codes section.
Web Browser: This section can be found on the right side of the page.
Mobile App: This section can be found below the Recovery Codes section.
Enter your account password as part of the setup process.
Make sure you save the codes in a safe place, because you can only view them once.
Each code can only be used once. If you lose your recovery codes, you can repeat this process to create new codes. Old recovery codes will be deactivated when you create new ones.
