- The seller will log in to your account at https://www.roblox.com/ by entering your RBL account Email and Password.
- If the Two-Step Verification (2FA) method is still active, you must provide the authentication code to the seller to proceed with the order process. There are three (3) Two-Step Verification (2FA) methods:
- Authenticator App: Open the app on your phone and provide the access code displayed so the seller can log in to the RBL account
- Email: Provide the 6-digit code you receive in the email registered to your RBL account
- Hardware Security Keys: Provide the access code you receive to the seller (Can only be used on Browser, iPhone, and iPad)
- If you have disabled all Two-Step Verification (2FA), the seller will access the buyer's account and process the order.
- Wait until the seller completes your order
- After completion, check the joki performed by the seller; if it is correct, immediately update your account information (password)
- Return to My Items to complete the order
Obtaining Backup Codes
Log in to your account.
Open Account Settings.
Web Browser: Look for the gear icon in the top right corner of the site.
Mobile App: Look for the three dots menu for More.
Select the Security tab.
Click Generate in the Recovery Codes section.
Web Browser: This section can be found on the right side of the page.
Mobile App: This section can be found below the Recovery Codes section.
Enter your account password as part of the setup process.
Make sure you store these codes in a safe place, because you can only view them once.
Each code can only be used once. If you lose your recovery codes, you can repeat this process to create new codes. Old recovery codes will be deactivated when you create new ones.
