- Choose a product from the Microsoft Redeem Code category and complete your purchase on itemku.
- Complete the payment for your order.
- Wait for the seller to send your order in the form of a 25-digit key through the order details page.
- Go to https://setup.office.com/ and sign in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code on.
- Enter the 25-digit key provided by the seller and click Next.
- Click Install on the Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 product you redeemed.
- Install the software on your device until the installation process is complete.
- To check whether the activation was successful: Open one of the applications, for example Word → click Account → make sure the purchased account is displayed correctly.
- If everything is correct, click the Complete button on itemku to finalize your order.
Notes :
If you purchase a Microsoft 365 product, you are free to switch devices from PC to PC, Mac to Mac, PC to Mac, or vice versa. However, for Office 2024 (Perpetual) products, you must contact Microsoft Support for assistance when transferring to another device, as it cannot be transferred freely like Microsoft 365. So if you have already installed it on a PC (Windows) or Mac and want to move it to another device, you must contact Microsoft Support first.
