Jika pesanan kamu sudah dikirimkan oleh penjual, kamu bisa mengkonfirmasi pesanan Selesai agar dana pesanan yang sudah kamu bayarkan bisa diteruskan ke penjual. Berikut langkah-langkahnya:
- Login ke akun itemku kamu
- Pergi ke Menu Akun
- Kemudian klik Sudah Terkirim pada bagian Riwayat Pembelian
- Pada pesanan yang sudah dikirimkan dan sudah kamu terima, klik tombol Selesai
- Jangan lupa berikan ulasan sesuai dengan performa penjual ya
- Setelah itu klik Kirim, status pesanan kamu sekarang sudah Selesai!
Jika kamu tidak menekan tombol Selesai pada saat pesanan sudah bersatus sudah terkirim, pesanan akan tetap terkonfirmasi selesai otomatis* berdasarkan tabel di bawah ini:
*)Pesanan terkonfirmasi selesai otomatis apabila tidak terdapat komplain dari pembeli.
*)Pesanan yang terkonfirmasi selesai otomatis tidak akan mendapatkan rating hingga pembeli memberikan rating pada pesanan tersebut.

If your order already sent by the seller, you can Complete Order Confirmation so the fund will be forwarded to the seller and you will completing the order. Here’s the steps:
- Login to your itemku account
- Go to Account Menu
- After that click Delivered menu on your Purchase History
- In your order that already delivered and received, click Done Button
- Don’t forget to give testimonial regarding your order
- Click Send, then your order status is Done
If you are not doing Complete Order Confirmation when the order is in status Delivered, the order will still be Done* according to this table:
*)Orders will automatically be completed if there is no complaint from the buyer
*)Orders that automatically be completed will not have any rating until buyer give rating to that order
