The DMM.com Point Code sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Sellers are required to use legal means to obtain Point Code
- Sellers are expected to immediately send orders with alphanumeric code
- Seller must submit Point Code in Order History.
- Sellers are prohibited from reselling Point Codes purchased from other sellers in itemku.
- In making merchandise, sellers are required to use Images and write a description of the merchandise that matches what is being sold.
- seller must send the order code according to the nominal on the merchandise.
- Sellers are prohibited from sending the same code to more than one buyer.
- Sellers are advised to keep proof of purchase for the Point Codes sold on itemku.

The seller is fully responsible for the Point Code sold, by assisting in checking and providing a replacement if the Point Code sold is problematic.
If itemku finds that the seller sends a Point Code that does not comply with the sales conditions above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

Merchandise Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise / sends orders that do not comply with the sales conditions above.

Store closure* until permanent if seller sends code obtained from illegal sources (carding, scam, system exploit, etc).

If the code sent by the seller is problematic, the seller must check the code. If the code is problematic before being sent/received by the buyer, the seller is obliged to provide a replacement. If within three days after being informed the seller still has not sent a replacement code, the seller will be penalized with Trade Closure and Store Closure*
If the seller uses the Automatic Delivery feature on his DMM.com Point Code merchandise, the Auto Shipping Feature Terms and Conditions will apply to the merchandise.
*) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
