Use of Automatic Delivery Feature for Voucher Category

- The seller is fully responsible for the validity of the voucher code entered, and is obliged to provide evidence when the code is redeemed if there is a problem with the code (to help with the checking process).
- If there is a transaction problem (the voucher code cannot be used), the funds from the buyer will be withheld according to the transaction nominal in question until the problem is considered resolved.
- If within 1 week there are 3 times reports that the code sent was invalid/had been previously redeemed, and it is proven correct, the seller's automatic delivery feature will be permanently revoked.
- itemku reserves the right to block an account without prior notification if the seller is proven to have cheated.
- In addition, itemku reserves the right to change/add to the applicable regulations without prior notice.
- itemku reserves the right to revoke the auto-shipping feature on the seller* without prior notification and all codes contained in itemku will be deleted.
- Successful transactions made with the auto-send feature are only considered as successful transactions, without affecting the average delivery speed.
Use of the Auto-Submit Feature for Account Categories
- Seller is required to enter login data in the provided automatic delivery system
- Sellers prohibited entering information that is not account login data in automatic submissions .
- itemku has the right to select stores and products that are eligible to use the automatic delivery feature based on predetermined criteria.
- Merchandise title must use the title itemku has provided (for categories where the trade title is provided by itemku).
- Sellers are prohibited from entering wrong account login data or not entering account login data on automatic delivery, then sending the correct account afterwards via itemku mailbox.
- If there is a transaction problem, the funds from the buyer will be withheld according to the nominal transaction in question until the problem is considered resolved.
- If the seller is caught continuously entering the wrong account / not informing the account data on automatic delivery and sending the correct account via the message feature in point 5, then itemku has the right to revoke the Automatic Delivery feature*.
- itemku has the right to change/add to the applicable rules without prior notice.
- Successful transactions made with the auto-send feature are only considered successful transactions, without affecting the average delivery speed.
If you wish to become a Seller who can use the instant delivery feature, a Seller must meet the following criteria:
- Store success rate must be above 90%.
- Have at least 30 successful voucher transactions.
*) Feature revocation is carried out in stages: The first violation is feature revocation for 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, up to permanent.
