The Instant Delivery feature allows sellers to deliver orders automatically and instantly to buyers as soon as a transaction is completed, without needing to process deliveries manually.
Requirements
Currently, the Instant Delivery feature is only available to selected sellers who meet all of the following criteria:

| Average delivery time | Under 60 seconds |
| API integration | Successfully integrated with Tokoku Open API and received API moderation approval |
Once all criteria are met, submit a feature moderation request on Tokoku. The moderation process takes up to 1x24 hours.
How to Enable Instant Delivery
Once your Instant Delivery feature has been approved, follow these steps to enable it on your listings:
- Create a new listing or open an existing one to edit
- Find the Enable Delivery Guarantee section
- Enable the Instant Delivery toggle
- Click Create Listing to save your changes

Performance Sanctions
itemku conducts daily checks on the performance of sellers using the Instant Delivery feature. If the delivery success rate falls below 99% or the average delivery time exceeds 60 seconds, the following sanctions will be applied progressively:

| First | Feature disabled for 3 days |
| Second | Feature disabled for 5 days |
| Third | Feature disabled for 7 days |
When the feature is disabled, sellers can still sell their products — however, the Instant Delivery feature will not be available (other features can still be used).
Terms of Use
- The Instant Delivery feature can only be used if your store's API integration is running properly and stably
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring their API system remains active and connected — if the API experiences issues, automatic delivery will not function
- If a delivery issue occurs due to an API disruption on the seller's end, process the order manually as soon as possible and contact itemku Customer Care if needed
- itemku reserves the right to revoke access to the Instant Delivery feature at any time if a seller's performance no longer meets the required standards
