Guide to Receiving and Securing Ragnarok: The New World Accounts

🚨 Important before starting:
- Make sure the account you receive from the seller is only linked to 1 platform — for example: Google or Facebook
- If the account is linked to more than 1 platform, immediately contact itemku Customer Care for a refund process

📧 Login Using Gmail

Step 1 — Verify the Account

After receiving the account data from the seller, verify it first:

1. Open Gmail and select the Add Account option
2. Log in using the account data received from the seller
3. Open the Ragnarok: The New World app and check if the account matches your order
4. Make sure the account is NOT linked to any social media accounts

Step 2 — Secure the Account

If the account matches your order, immediately secure it with the following steps:

1. Open Gmail and log in with the received account
2. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/security
3. Select Password → change the account password
4. Select 2-Step Verification → enable two-step verification
5. Open Account Recovery Options → change the recovery email and phone number to yours
6. Open Recently Used Devices → select Review Devices → remove all devices that are not yours
7. Ask the seller to remove the Google account from their phone and send a screenshot as proof

📘 Login Using Facebook

Step 1 — Verify the Account

After receiving the Facebook account data from the seller:

1. Log in to Facebook using the account provided by the seller
2. Enter the game Ragnarok: The New World using that Facebook account to ensure the account matches your order

📌 If the account does not match, immediately contact itemku Customer Care.

Step 2 — Secure the Account

If the account matches, continue with the following security steps:

1. Log in to Facebook → open Settings
2. Open the Mobile menu → add your phone number → remove the old phone number
3. Open the General menu → select Contact → add your email → remove the old email
4. Open the Security and Login menu → Where You're Logged In → See More → click Log Out of All Sessions
5. Still in the Security and Login menu → select Change Password → change your Facebook password

After completing all steps, click Done on itemku to finalize your order.
